Our 4th batch is in! This 12 oz. treasure begins its journey from the maple forests near the Betsie River where maple sap is cooked down each spring by our neighbors at Griner Sugar Bush. We then place this delicious syrup in 53 gallon bourbon barrels until flavors of maple and oak marry with a hint of bourbon whiskey. This syrup tastes fantastic on ice cream, yogurt, pancakes or even in a cocktail! A great gift idea and perfect for your pantry.
